1. Services

Jackals Facility Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Sydney. All quotes are based on the information you provide; if the property’s condition or size differs materially, we may adjust the quote before starting work.

2. Bookings and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply. Please secure pets and valuables before our arrival.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary with property size and condition.

4. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of our work, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge. Bond cleans include a re-clean guarantee for real estate inspections within 72 hours.

6. Liability

We are fully insured. Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or repair/replacement of damaged items, whichever is applicable under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
